Maoli (meaning "Native" in Hawaiian) started in Maui with Glenn Awong, a 14 year-old with a passion for music, and Kana Akiu-Corpuz. In their sophomore year, the aspiring vocalist and bassist began writing original music at the encouragement of their high school teacher. It was also during this time that Glenn started recording demos of his songs. By the time he reached his senior year, Glenn was ready to share his music with a greater audience.

In 2005, Glenn and the band he formed, "No Boundaries", won a Battle of the Bands competition on the island of Maui. With numerous performances already under his belt, Glenn then formed Maoli in 2007 with a new lineup of talented musicians, including bassist, Kana.

Maoli took the islands by storm in 2008 with their debut album entitled, "Groovin" having one hit after the next ("No One", "Write Me A Letter", and "So Incredible"); this was the groundbreaking album that first established the group as a premiere Hawaiian Island Reggae recording band. In 2010, Maoli did it again with their 2nd release, "Rock Easy", featuring another treasure trove of #1 hits "Breaking My Heart", "Whisper" and "Rock Easy". Their 3rd album entitled "Arise" took to a national and international audience exploring Maolis love for various genres of music. "Blew it", "Something about your love" and "Time to get over" are jus some of the diverse hits that this album displays. Maoli's road to success continued as they toured the islands and the world promoting their very own unique Island sound.

In 2012 Maoli welcomed new band member, guitarist & vocalist, Nu'u Sing-Kahalehau. Nu'u hails from a background of musicians, including his father, Shane Kahalehau otherwise known as "Hawaiian Homeboy". But Nu'u isn't a stranger to Maoli, as his talents were also featured on the "Rock Easy" album.

Now, the boys are currently in the studio recording new music and a 4th album to follow. Original songs will be penned by the band's founder and leader Glenn Awong as well as Nuu Sing-Kahalehau as new musical and life influences inspire these talented men. Prepare for smashing new music coming soon.

Stay true to your roots as their style continuously evolves and they spread their sound to a city near you!

Born and raised in Hawaii, Thomas “Tflatz” Fevella Junior has always had music in his blood.
His always found music to have a constant prevalence in his life whether it be an impromptu
jam session, a fun karaoke night or performing live on stage at events and venues
throughout Hawaii. When he was 19, he was approached by his Kumu Hula Cliff “Pali”
Ahue to be a hired musician for Tihati Production at the Hyatt Maui Regency Luau. He
soon began considering a solo career that would feature his own music. Josh Tatofi, a
good friend and local solo artist, took Fevella under his wing, brought him into the
music industry and helped nurture his craft. Another major influence was Glenn Awong,
lead singer of the Maui-based recording group Maoli. Awong allowed Fevella to live out
his dream by inviting him to hit the road and go on tour while providing guidance and
exposure on what the music industry had to offer. Tflatz and The Highlights play
biweekly at The Monkey Pod Kitchen in Wailea, Maui. It is Tflatz goal to make
a great impression on the music world. He continues to be mentored by his great
influences, and is striving to make it big, internationally. With great talent and
immense drive, this young man definitely has what it takes to make all his dreams
come true, and at the same time, bless the world with beautiful music.
Kelandy, born Kelandy Faustino Diaz in Oahu, Hawaii, an artist as unique as his name. Kelandy is Chamorro, Palauan and Italian. His voice is just as diverse and will take you on an excursion through the world’s islands and through life’s decades. Inspired by artists such as, Baby Face, Boyz II Men, Fiji, The Green, Richie Spice, Bob Marley and many others, they have all lent a hand in developing the sounds of Kelandy.

Kelandy played with a band, HANG 11 in 2010 and they were making waves in the Hawaii Reggae scene opening up for acts like The Green, Rebel Souljahz, Common Kings, and Tarrus Riley. In 2013 Kelandy formed The Red Light Runners. Not too long after getting together, the band found themselves playing with acts such as Big Mountain, Sammy J, Arradnha and Spawn Breezy. That is when Kelandy figured out his true calling was a solo act, he just had to refine his music to reflect that.

His first singles released in 2015 to Hawaii radio play and an opening spot on a mainland tour. His debut single "Have a Little Faith" was released in May of 2015. The single was received well by radio all over Hawaii cracking KCCN FM 100’s charts at #3 and held on to the #1 spot on FM97 for 3 consecutive weeks. His second single “All Love” debuted on the charts at #4. Kelandy’s third release “I Found You” featuring Josh Tatofi and FIJI put Kelandy right back on the charts again reaching #2 on KCCN FM100, #3 on Island 98.5 and #4 on 93.1 Da Pa’ina (Hawaii radio stations). In 2016 Kelandy toured with Eli-Mac as an opening act for sold out shows throughout California. Later that year Kelandy closed out the Chamorro Cultural Festival at CSU San Marcos and was a featured artist at the KWXX Hilo Ho’olaulea on Big Island Hawaii.

It is 2018 and Kelandy has now completed his first EP Album entitled: Love Revolution (set to release end of April 2018). The message for this music is to spread love, positivity and good vibes, the virtues reggae music has been built on. Produced by Live Animaux out of Honolulu, HI, these proven hit makers have invested in Kelandy’s sound and helped deliver this project. Kelandy says "Love Revolution the EP and the title track Love Revolution describes the conflict between the Love I have for one person but still have so much love to give to others”, the lyrics say, “It wouldn’t be fair to hide from all the beauty in the land.” He goes on to explain "Brighter days explains the struggles of everyday life in Hawaii but at the end of the day we still give our aloha for hopes of a better future. The track Adore speaks of the stress of being on tour and leaving my love behind, something many people go through, long distance relationships."

Kelandy's music is very passionate and that passion comes through at every show. Being someone with experience in radio and hosting, Kelandy's connection to the public is unparalleled. His vibrant personality and positive lyrics attract beautiful bodies to the dance floor no matter the occasion. His ultimate goal is to spread aloha to the world, through music.
