Glenn Cannon
Glenn Cannon
Glenn Cannon is a singer, songwriter and guitarist best known as the founder and front man for the Seattle based heavy rock band Windowpane. In recent years Windowpane has grown to become one of the biggest and best known independent groups in the Pacific Northwest, selling out 1,000 plus seat venues and going on to sell over 14,000 plus records independently. Glenn has performed live with Stone Temple Pilots, members of Alice in Chains, Jane’s Addiction, Queensryche and shared a stage with members of Pearl Jam, Guns and Roses, Candlebox, Screaming Trees, Live, Soulfly and countless others.

As the singer and guitarist of Windowpane Glenn has done many U.S. and international tours with legendary artists such as Queensryche and recent chart toppers Five Finger Death Punch. Glenn was recently featured in a Northwest Music Icons showcase and has proudly received nominations and awards from Seattle Weekly, H.R. Television and the Seattle Music Awards for best singer and best guitarist. Glenn regularly plays unplugged shows and jams with some of the best bands and biggest names in the Seattle Music Community as a special guest musician. He’s been featured in numerous benefits and fundraisers for various charitable causes. Glenn co-founded the independent record label Siktone Records before morphing that enterprise into Siktone Presents and Siktone Productions; which now produces concerts and live music events. He has severed as musical director for KISW’s award winning “Live Day” event. He is also featured as a regular cast member on KISW 99.9FM’s “Migs Cast” alongside The BJ and Migs morning show’s Steve Migs and Justin “The Reverend En Fuego” Robinson. The show averages 20 to 50k listeners monthly.

Recently Glenn Co- founded and was the primary song writer for the Seattle based all-star group “Bruiser Brody” with Steve Migs. This group features Jeff Rouse (Duff McKagen’s Loaded, The Guessing Game, Siren Sister), Travis Bracht (Second Coming, Post Modern Heroes) and JT Phillips (Klover Jane, Jamie Nova Sky, Jar of Flies, Outshined). The band instantly gained a massive Seattle fanbase and went on to be a featured act at 2018’s KISW’s “Pain in the Grass” concert series taking the stage alongside bands such as The Cult, Stone Temple Pilots, Bush and Alice in Chains. Bruiser Brody has become notorious for it’s heartfelt and “seat of your pants” high energy live shows where the band frequently teeters on coming completely apart with frantic intensity while engaging their audience to the maximum.

With the pending release of his first solo outing “Glenn Cannon ~ The Devil in the Sunshine” Glenn has tapped into his deepest classic rock, “Throwback” and rock and roll roots to create a body of work which spans influences as varied as; Zeppelin, Hendrix, Trower, Queen, The Stones, The Beatles, Tom Petty, ZZ Top, Pink Floyd, Deep Purple and more, while also adding flavors from contemporary artists such as; Muse, Royal Blood, Zac Brown Band, U2, Radio Head, Alice in Chains, Chris Cornell, Stone Temple Pilots and Pearl Jam. The album was produced by long time friend and musical co-conspirator Brett Eliason and features some of the heaviest hitting players in the Seattle Music Community. The songs are more groove and hook oriented than his previous work and promise to take listeners and audiences by storm in the coming year.
